TO: Jean Samedi
and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Service-
members Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq):
Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual
capacity but solely as Owner Trustee for the FLIC Residen-
tial Mortgage Loan Trust 1
claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real
property in Mattapan (Boston), numbered 19-21 Standard
Street, Unit No.2, of the 19-21 Standard Street Condomini-
um, given by Jean Samedi to CoreVest American Finance
Lender LLC, dated February 22, 2024, and recorded in Suf-
folk County Registry of Deeds in Book 69933, Page 186, and
now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with
this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/De-
fendants' Servicemembers status.
