Relief Act: 50 U.S.C. c. 50 § 3901 (et seq):
Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC
claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in
Forestdale (Sandwich), numbered 15 Hirsch Road, given by Ronald
Roberts III and Christina Fletcher to Mortgage Electronic Registra-
tion Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for United Wholesale
Mortgage, LLC, dated October 4, 2022, and registered at Barnsta-
ble County Registry District of the Land Court as Document No.
1468534 and noted on Certificate of Title No. 239287, and now
held by the plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court
a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Service-
members status.
