NOTICE OF DESTRUCTION OF TEMPORARY
STUDENT RECORD
North Middlesex Regional High School hereby notifies
all members of the classes of 1999-2019
In accordance with Massachusetts Student Record
Laws and Department of Elementary and Secondary
Education regulations {603 CMR 23.00), we are
required as part the retention process to destroy all
temporary student records.Please note that this action
does not affect the permanent student record, which is
the transcript.
Should you wish to receive your temporary student
record please contact the records department at
978-597-8196 before 06/29/2026. Records will not
be mailed.
