A Petition has been filed by:  Jessica Santos of Alexandria, VA,  requesting that the appointed successor Trustee transfer assets of the Trust Real estate at 115 Ruth Street, NB, MA to the estate of Stanley Pokornicki under the authority of MGL Chapter 203 409 (2) and 412 (a) and every other authority.
