LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF BREWSTER
POLE HEARING
Lower Road
 
Eversource Energy requests permission to locate and relocate poles, wires, cables and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, to be owned and used in common by your petitioners, along and across Lower Road. To install one (1) new FO Stub Pole 36A/613S with Guy & Anchor.
 
Wherefore it prays that after due notice and hearing as provided by law, they be granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles, wires and cables, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as they may find necessary, said poles to be erected substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked Plan No. 25744867 dated April 30, 2026 and is available in the Town Manager's office.
 
Also, that permission be and hereby is granted to Eversource Energy to lay and maintain underground cables, conduits, wires, vaults and necessary equipment in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
 
A public hearing on the petition will be held on Tuesdays May 19, 2026 at 10:30am at Brewster Town Hall, Room B. Any interested parties are welcome to attend this hearing.
