Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 11, and Chapter 40B, Section 21, notice is hereby given that the Town of Clinton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday May 27, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Clinton Town Hall, 242 Church Street, Chamber Room, Clinton, Massachusetts, regarding an application from BigDaddy Realty Trust LLC, 2964 Limpet Ct. Indialantic, FL, 32903, for a comprehensive permit under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40B, for property located at 23 Coyne Street in Clinton, Massachusetts.
