In compliance with Mass. Gen. Law Ch. 113, Section 40 and the Dighton Conservation Bylaw, you are hereby notified of a Notice of Intent (NOI) application from Massachusetts Electric Company (MECO) to conduct access road improvements (grading and the additon of clean stone) at the 315/327/C181S ROW, South of Chestnut Street (Map 1, Lot 37A). The work is within the buffer zone to Bordering  Vegetated Wetlands.  A public hearing will be held on May 21, 2026, after 6:00 P.M. in the meeting room of the Old Town Hall, 1111 Somerset Ave, Dighton MA 02715.  The plan may be viewed by appointment prior to the hearing at the Conservation Commission Office on the lower level of the Town Hall, 979 Somerset Ave.  Monday-Thursday.
