LEGAL NOTICE
On May 6, 2026, the draft Federal 2027 Annual Plan,
and the Capital Fund Program Budget (CFP budget)
for Federal Fiscal Years 2026-2030, of the Dracut
Housing Authority (DHA), as required under Sections
511 and 519 of the Federal Quality Housing and Work
Responsibility Act (QHWRA) of 1998, is available for a
forty-five (45), day public review and comment period.
The Annual Plan and CFP budget will be submitted
to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) on or before July 15, 2026.
On May 12, 2026, the draft State Annual Plan (AP),
Capital Improvement Plan Budget (CIP budget) for
Massachusetts Fiscal Years 2027-2031 of the Dracut
Housing Authority (DHA), is available for a thirty (30),
day public review and comment period. The AP and
