PUBLIC NOTICE Easthampton Planning Board  In accordance with Mass. General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Easthampton Planning Board will hold the following public hearing both via Google Meet and in the Municipal Building, upstairs conference room, 50 Payson Avenue, Easthampton on June 2nd, 2026 at 6:00pm.  Riverside Industries - Applicant seeks a special permit and site plan approval, pursuant to section 9.03 & 12.7 of the Easthampton Zoning Ordinance, to operate a mixed-use facility consisting of uses listed in Table 5-1 allowable in the Mill Industrial zoning district. Property is located at 1 Cottage St, (Map 151, Parcel 165) in the MI Zoning District.
