Pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A §10 and §11 the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Leicester, MA will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 6:10 PM, or soon thereafter, in Meeting Room 3, Leicester Town Hall, 3 Washburn Square, Leicester, MA on the petition of Margaret R. Rondeau for a Variance to construct a single-family dwelling on a lot with insufficient frontage (150 ft. required, 100 ft. existing) and area (50,000 s.f. required, 30,000 s.f. existing). SITE LOCATION: 55 Burncoat Street, Assessor Parcel 26C-A1-0, Residential 1 (R-1) zone, Book 61320, Page 109.
