The Maynard Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing via Zoom on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6PM, relative to a filing of a Notice of Intent under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Maynard Wetlands Administration Bylaw and associated Regulations, filed by Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., 45 Blue Sky Drive, Burlington, MA 01803, on behalf of the Maynard Department of Public Works, 195 Main St., Maynard, MA 01754, for proposed upgrades to the existing sewer pump station at 74 Powder Mill Road and 18 Pine Hill Road, Maynard, MA 01754, within the 200-foot Riverfront Area and the 50- and 100-foot Buffer Zones to a Bordering Vegetative Wetland.
