On Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:30 pm, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hybrid public hearing in the Edward H. Dlott (Select Board) Meeting Room, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA and virtually via Zoom to review the application of Nardone Corporation (the “Applicant”). The Applicant seeks a Section 6 Finding (MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6; and Sections IV-B and V-A of the Natick Zoning Bylaws) for the demolition of a One-Family Structure and the construction of a new One-Family Dwelling on a pre-existing non-conforming lot (the “Project”).
