Please take notice that pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws Section VI, 1. (D), the Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing at the Senior and Community Center at 206 Worcester Rd on Wednesday, May 20th at 7:00 PM to hear the petition of Matt and Emily Granger applying for a Special Permit seeking relief from front setback requirements and Site Plan Review to construct an addition to the dwelling located at 28 Merriam Rd,  Assessors map #8B, Lot 15.
A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend.
