PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF SOUTHAMPTON  Atlantic Tower, LLC (the "Applicant") has applied for a Special Permit from the Town of Southampton Planning Board to construct a Wireless Communications Facility including a 160-foot tall monopole style wireless communications tower (165' to top of lightning rod) at 1 Cook Road, Southampton, MA 01073 Tax Assessor Map 30 Parcel 11. The Applicant will conduct a Visibility Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at the proposed location to a height of 160 feet. Said Visibility Demonstration will be held TUESDAY MAY 26, 2026 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm NOON, weather and wind conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on May 26, 2026, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled until the next weekday and each successive weekday until weather and wind conditions permit a successful demonstration.
