The City Council of Watertown hereby gives notice of a
public hearing and vote to be held on Tuesday, May 12,
2026 at 7:00 PM in the Richard Mastrangelo Chamber Ad-
ministration Building, 149 Main Street, Watertown, MA and
online at the following link

be found on the City of Watertown's website, on a pro-
posed Loan Order as follows:
ORDERED: That the sum of $2,300,000 is appropriated to
pay costs of reconstructing Forest Street and Springfield
Street, as more fully described in Line 289 of the City's
Fiscal Year 2026 through 2031 Capital Improvement Plan,
and the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto;
and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the
approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said
amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursu-
ant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or
notes of the City therefor.
