NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 
Notice is hereby given pursuant to M. G. L. Chapter 41, Sections 81K-81GG and the Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land, the West Bridgewater Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the MacDonald-Brown Meeting Room at Town Hall, 65 North Main Street, West Bridgewater, to discuss a definitive subdivision plan application filed by J. K. Holmgren Engineering, LLC on behalf of MJM Construction Corp. The intent of the plan is to improve a portion of Spring Street and create a new subdivision road entitled Horsepower Road, which location is further identified as Assessors' Map 15 Lot 004, Lot 009 and Lot 010 in the General Residential and Industrial Districts.
A copy of the proposal is available at the office of the Town Planner for review.
