Legal Notice Zoning Board of Appeals Town of Whately  Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of Whately will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 6:00 PM.  Covestro LLC of 8 Fairview Way, South Deerfield, MA 01373 has applied for a Special Permit to convert plastic and laminate self-adhesive sheeting, light manufacturing, packaging of finished materials, and transportation of same on premises located at 10 Sandy Lane in Whately, MA and owned by Klinger Enterprises LLC of PO Box 818, Whately, MA 01093.  The hearing will take place virtually via Zoom. The rules of decorum for a public hearing remain in effect, and the chairperson will seek comments from the public when appropriate to do so. Application for the Special Permit is to be considered under Article 171-37 within the provisions of the Whately Zoning Bylaws as provided by M.G.L. c. 40A.
