NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
July 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM, at the Olmsted
County Sheriff's Office, 101 Fourth
Street Southeast, Rochester, Minnesota,
the Olmsted County Sheriff will sell the
real property legally described as:
Lot 4, Block 1, Western Second Replat,
in the City of Rochester, Olmsted
County, Minnesota.

NW, ROCHESTER , MN 55901
Tax ID: 74.15.34.024231
to the highest bidder for cash by public
auction pursuant to the Order for
Judgment and Judgment entered in the
above-entitled action on April 6, 2026; to
satisfy the judgment entered for Plaintiff
in the amount $153,323.02 plus interest
and the costs of said sale. A certified
copy of the Order for Judgment and
Judgment has been delivered to the
Olmsted Sheriff.
The redemption period from the sale
will be six (6) months from the date of
confirmation of the sale by the Court.
The real property must be vacated by
11:59 p.m. on the last day of the redemption
period.
