GENERAL NOTICE TO CONTROL ORERADICATE NOXIOUS WEEDSNotice is hereby given this 11th day of May, 2026, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section18.83, Subdivision 1, that all persons in Pope County, Minnesota, shall control or eradicate allnoxious weeds on land they occupy or are required to maintain. Control or eradication maybe accomplished by any lawful method, but the method(s) applied may need to be repeatedin order to prevent the spread of viable noxious weed seeds and other propagating parts toother lands.
