A Regular Meeting of the Board of Education of Mahtomedi Public Schools was held April 27, 2026, beginning at 7:00 PM.- CALL TO ORDER- The meeting was called to order by Chair Kelly Reagan at 7:00 p.m.ROLL CALL OF ATTENDANCE- Present: Ryan Domin, Paul Donna, Jenny Peterson, Kelly Reagan, Stacey Stout and Drew Whitson. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA- Peterson motioned, Donna seconded, Approval of the Agenda. Carried 6-0. ACTION ITEMS –A.) Approval of Donations/Grants from March 2026, totaling $44,182.11 Stout motioned, Domin seconded, Approval of Donations/Grants from March 2026 totaling $44,182.11. Carried 6-0. B.) Approval of Single Audit Reports- Tim Erickson, Director of Business Services, gave an update on the government delayed guidance as noted by the Audit report in February. Erickson noted that the district has complied with all material respects and there was no report of deficiencies in the district's internal controls. Erickson noted that the internal controls, which is a yearly find, is there is a limited segregation of duties. Stout motioned, Peterson seconded, Approval of Single Audit Reports. Carried 6-0. C.) Approval of the School Board Calendar for 2026-2027- Chair Kelly Reagan presented the School Board Calendar for 2026-2027 for approval. Peterson motioned, Donna seconded, Approval of the School Board Calendar for 2026-2027. ADJOURNMENT- Donna motioned, Stout seconded, adjournment. Carried 6-0.
