The company has filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State a Statement of Dissolution. Said Statement was filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State on April 30, 2026 All claims by creditors or claimants must be in writing and must be filed with Jones Law Office, 212 Madison Avenue, Suite 100, Mankato, MN 56001. All claims by creditors or claimants must be received by August 30, 2026. Any creditor or claimant who fails to file a claim on or before August 30, 2026, and all those claiming through or under the creditor or claimant are forever barred from suing on that claim or otherwise realizing upon or enforcing it except as otherwise provided in Section 322C.0703, Minnesota Statutes.
