Further notice is given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency for approval of a merger of B2 Interim Bank National Association, Holladay, Utah and B2 Bank National Association, Virginia, Minnesota, under the charter of B2 Interim Bank National Association and with the title “B2 Bank National Association” with its main office in Holladay, Utah.
It is contemplated that the main offices and branch offices of the above named banks will continue to operate.
