PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ECONOMIC 
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF AVON
STEARNS COUNTY, MINNESOTA
	The Economic Development Authority will hold a public hearing on June 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Avon City Hall located at 140 Stratford Street East, Avon, Minnesota, to consider the sale of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Block 12, Avon Estates, Stearns County, Minnesota to C&L Excavating, Inc. for $225,000 and other consideration.  The public may view the proposed purchase agreement at the Avon City Hall.  The Economic Development Authority will take public comment regarding the proposed sale at the public hearing and will decide whether the proposed sale is advisable.  All those persons wishing to speak on this issue will be heard at the public hearing.
