LAKEVILLE, Minn. – The public is invited to comment on the Draft Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) for the proposed Southwest Study Area residential and commercial development beginning Tuesday, May 12 through Thursday, June 11, 2026. The development area is on approximately 390.4 acres generally located south of CSAH 70 (210th St W), west of Interstate 35, and east of the border with the City of Credit River.
