NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the Elm Creek Watershed Management Commission (ECWMC) will meet at the Plymouth Community Center, 14800 34th Avenue North, Plymouth, MN, on Wednesday, May 13 2026, at approximately 11:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, for a public meeting to amend its Fourth Generation Watershed Management Plan to revise Table 4.3 – the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to add one project, and to revise Appendix E to add a description of the added project.

The proposed minor plan revision is shown as additions (underlined) or deletions (strike-outs).

Table 4.3. is hereby revised to add the following:
