METROPOLITAN AIRPORTS COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON
DRAFT ORDINANCE REGARDING THE RETAIL SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND WINE AT THE MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL AIRPORTThis is to inform the public that the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) will conduct a hearing on June 1, 2026, concerning the proposed Draft Ordinance Regarding the Retail Sale of Intoxicating Liquor and Wine at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. The public hearing will begin at 1:00 p.m. in Room 3040 at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, Terminal 1, located at 4300 Glumack Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55111, as part of the Operations, Finance & Administrative Committee Meeting. Verbal and written testimony from interested parties relative to the proposed Ordinance will be accepted during the public hearing.
INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND WINE ORDINANCE
An Ordinance to promote and conserve public safety, health, peace, convenience and welfare, to provide regulation on the retail sale of Intoxicating Liquors and Wine at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, rescinding Resolution No. 2390, and rescinding previous Commission actions to approve Liquor License Fee Schedules and grants of authority related thereto.
