REQUEST FOR REDEVELOPMENT CONTRACT PROPOSALSFOR IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROJECT WITHIN THE COLUMBUS PARK URBAN RENEWAL AREA Pursuant to 99.450(2), RSMo, the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of Kansas City, Missouri (LCRA) hereby gives notice that LCRA is requesting redevelopment contract proposals for the new construction of approximately 83 for-sale single-family units in one or more phases and related improvements in the Columbus Park neighborhood within the redevelopment area generally bounded by 3rd Street on the north, Gillis Street on the east, 5th Street on the south, and Campbell Street on the west located at 300 Gillis (RPA 5 and RPA 6), 321 Gillis Street (RPA 5), and 1007 E. 4th Street (RPA 5). In order to be considered by LCRA, responses to this Request for Proposals must: (1) be received in writing by LCRA, Attn: LCRA Executive Director, 300 Wyandotte Street, Suite 400, Kansas City, Missouri 64105, on or before 5:00 pm on May 27, 2026; (2) include a completed EDC Redevelopment Project Application and accompanying documents; and (3) include a site plan of the proposed development, description of all improvements, projected development costs and revenues, and qualifications and financial capability of the submitting developer.
