and which affects the following described property:
Lot 1082 of WEDGWOOD GREEN PHEASANT RUN PLAT I, a Subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 125 pages 36 and 37 of the St. Louis County Records, now known as Mayer Wedgwood Green Pheasant Run Plat 1, according to the affidavit recorded in Book 6348 page 2000 of the St. Louis County Records.
