The Successor Trustee will on 5/27/2026, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 9:30 AM, at the West Door of the Jasper County Courthouse, City of Carthage, County of Jasper, 601 Pearl Ave., Carthage, Missouri 64386, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:
