LOUIS COUNTY RECORDS, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO, ALL ACCORDING TO AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND BY-LAWS RECORDED IN BOOK 16272 PAGE 2903 OF THE ST. LOUIS COUNTY RECORDS AND THE SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
