In Re: Checkers Real Estate LLCTRUSTEE SALE - Default has been made in (a) the payment of principal and interest on a certain promissory note dated February 10, 2022 (the "Note"), executed by Checkers Real Estate LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Borrower") and (b) the performance of covenants and obligations in a certain Deed of Trust dated February 9, 2022, given by Borrower, which was recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of St. Louis, Missouri (the "Records") on February 18, 2022, in Book 25380, Page 111 (the "Deed of Trust").
The Successor Trustee, under the Deed of Trust or any of its authorized representatives, at the request of the legal holder of the Note and other obligations secured by the Deed of Trust, who has elected to declare the entire debt under the Note and other obligations secured by the Deed of Trust due and payable, will on Monday, May 18, 2026, between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 5 o'clock p.m. (12:00 P.M. NOON), at the Main Lobby (outside), St. Louis County Courts Building, 105 S. Central Avenue, in the City of Clayton, County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of execution of this trust, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of St. Louis, Missouri;
Lot 2 of Hertz Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 107 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected thereon and all easements, appurtenance and fixtures now or hereafter a part thereof.
