The undersigned successor Trustee will at the request of the legal holder of said Note, who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and Payable, will on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 between the hours of 3 o'clock p.m. and 5 o'clock p.m., and more particularly at 3:30 p.m. at the East front door of the St. Louis County Circuit Court Building at 105 S Central Ave, Clayton, MO 63105, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust, to wit:
