in trust to secure the payment of the indebtedness in said Deed of Trust more fully described; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness; and
WHEREAS, the therein named Lender has exercised its right to appoint Jennifer M. Snider as Successor Trustee as provided by the terms of said Deed of Trust.
NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said indebtedness and pursuant to the conditions of said Deed of Trust, I, Jennifer M. Snider, as Successor Trustee will sell the above-described property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the Southwest door of the Courthouse in the City of Independence, County of Jackson, State of Missouri, on Tuesday, the 12th day of May, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. for the purpose of satisfying said debt, costs and expenses provided therein.
