Boyle, the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, will on Thursday, May 21, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (12:00 p.m.), at the West Front Door of the St. Charles County Courthouse, 300 North 2nd Street, St. Charles, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of St. Charles, State of Missouri, to-wit:

Boundary Adjustment Plat, a Subdivision in the County of St. Charles, State of Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 48 page 229 of the St. Charles
