NOTICE TO CREDITORSTO ALL PERSONS Interested in the Estate of Carol A. Brophy, Decedent, who died on January 23, 2026.  The undersigned, John R. Brophy, Jr., is acting as Personal Representative under the Last Will and Testament, the terms of which provide that the debts of the Decedent may be paid by the estate upon receipt of proper proof thereof.  The address of the Personal Representative is 11607 Argonne Rd., Festus, MO 63028.  Counsel for the Personal Representative is Garrett C. McKuin, P. O. Box 487, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670. 
All creditors of the Decedent are noticed to present their claims to the undersigned or their counsel within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
