NOTICE
     To All Persons Interested in the Estate of Nedra L. Little, Decedent: The undersigned, L. Keith Little, is acting as Successor Trustee under a Trust, the terms of which provide that the debts of the decedent may be paid by the Successor Trustee upon receipt of proper proof thereof.  The name of the Successor Trustee's attorney is Scott Fetterhoff and his address is 2480 East Main Street, Jackson, MO 63755.
     All creditors of the decedent are noticed to present their claims to the undersigned's attorney within six months from the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred.
