In the Matter of: MAIDELIN AVILA, Minor.ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATIONThe Court reviewed the Affidavit of Due Diligence Search and Application for Order of Publication filed by the Petitioner. On its own motion, the Court hereby applies Missouri Supreme Court Rule 54.12(c) to this proceeding. The Court finds that Petitioner has satisfied the requirements of Rule 54.12(c). The Court, therefore, grants the Application for Order of Publication and allows Minor's father Hermes Hiram Hernandez Caceras to be served by publication pursuant to Rule 54.12(c).
