To all persons interested in the estate of EVELYN MAE MERTENS, whose last known address was 600 Breeze Park Drive, Weldon Spring, Missouri 63304.
MICHAEL MERTENS and THOMAS MERTENS are acting as the Successor Trustees under a Trust, the terms of which provide that the debts of the decedent may be paid by the Successor Trustees upon receipt of proper proof thereof. The mailing address of the Trust is c/o Michael Mertens, 609 Home Avenue, Edwardsville, Illinois 62025.
All creditors of the decedent are notified to present their claims to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
