NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
TO: All Landowners in Drainage District No. 39 of New Madrid County, Missouri
You are hereby notified that the Annual Meeting of the District will be held at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, the 20th day of May, 2026, at the offices of the New Madrid County Port Authority, 435 Main Street, New Madrid, Missouri, 63869.  At such meeting, the District shall elect one (1) Supervisor for a five (5) year term; receive a report on the operations of the District for the previous year; receive the report of the Treasurer; receive the report of the District Engineer; and transact such other business as may lawfully come before the meeting.
