NOTICE TO BIDDERS THE JERSEY CITY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY Separate sealed Bids will be received by The Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority, 13-15 Linden Avenue East, Jersey City, New Jersey (the "Authority"), on March 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time for the performance of the following service: Providing Repair Services and Parts for Truck Mounted Stetco 0950T Combination Sewer Cleaning Machines and Associated Equipment CONTRACT NO. RSCSM-2026-11 Bids may be submitted in person, or may be sent by United States Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, or may be sent by private courier service to the Authority's Purchasing Agent no later than 2:00 PM, prevailing time on March 12, 2026. Bids will have the date and time stamped upon receipt. Bidder is solely responsible for the timely delivery of the Bid and no Bids shall be considered that are presented after the public call for receiving bids. Bids received after the date and time specified will be returned, unopened to the Bidder, if requested in writing. The Authority will send a bid packet through private courier service to such Bidders, but the Authority relinquishes any responsibility to insure that bid packets are received by Bidders. The Authority assumes responsibility only for sending the Bid packets to the courier service and not for proper and timely delivery of such packets. The cost of sending the packets shall be the sole responsibility of the Bidder. NO BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED ELECTRONICALLY! BIDDER SHALL INCLUDE ONE (1) ORIGINAL AND ONE (1) COPY OF THE BID. IN ADDITION, BIDDER IS TO SUPPLY ONE CD ROM OR USB DRIVE VERSION IN PDF FORMAT. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for 10% of the amount of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. Certified or cashier's checks shall be made payable to the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority. A PERFORMANCE BOND IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS CONTRACT. BIDDERS MUST COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF N.J.S.A. 10: 5-31 ET SEQ. AND N.J.A.C. 17:27 AFFIRMATIVE ACTION OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. Accompanying the Bid of corporation, partnership, or limited liability company there shall be submitted a statement setting forth the name and address of all stockholders in the corporation who own ten (10) percent or more of its stock, of any class, or of all individual partners in the partnership who own a ten (10) percent or greater interest therein, or of all members in the limited liability company who own a ten (10) percent or greater interest therein, as the case may be. If one or more such stockholder or partner or member is itself a corporation or partnership or limited liability company, the stockholders holding ten (10) percent or more of that corporation's stock, or the individual partners owning ten (10) percent or greater interest in that partnership, or the members owning ten (10) percent or greater interest in that limited liability company, as the case may be, shall also be listed. The disclosure shall be continued until names and addresses of every noncorporate stockholder, and individual partner, and member, exceeding the ten (10) percent ownership criterion established in this act, has been listed. The requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 are to apply to all forms of corporations and partnerships, including limited partnerships, limited liability corporations, limited liability partnerships, and subchapter corporations. The Authority reserves the right to reject Bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, waive immaterial informalities pursuant to applicable law, and award the Bid to the lowest, responsible Bidder. Any Bid submitted shall hold firm for sixty (60) days. Mutually agreed upon extensions of time may be made, if necessary, and in accordance with law.
