JERSEY CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY (JCHA)   REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ACCOUNTING SERVICES FOR Housing Authority's Resident Council Associations, Resident Management Corporations, Non-profits & Affiliates  The Housing Authority of the City of Jersey City (hereinafter called the Authority) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide accounting services.   RFP documents may be obtained from our website www.jerseycityha.org by clicking the Doing Business With Us tab, then clicking the proposal title to download the RFP package.
