Proposals are invited for the performance of Legal Services for Tenancy & Occupancy, RFP# PH05TH0326. An informational package containing requirements will be available for distribution on Monday, March 30, 2026 from the Trenton Housing Authority, 875 New Willow St., Trenton, N.J. 08638. There is a non-refundable fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each package. Documents will be mailed to prospective bidders for a mailing fee of ten dollars ($10.00), plus actual postage; also available on the Housing Authority's website at
www.tha-nj.org in PDF, free of charge. For further information you may contact Mr. Kenneth E. Martin, QPA, Manager of Procurement & Contracts, Trenton Housing Authority, 875 New Willow St., Trenton, N.J. 08638 during normal business hours by calling (609) 278-5024.
