Proposals are invited for Security Services RFP # PH01DH0426. An informational package containing requirements will be available for distribution on Monday, April 6, 2026 from the Trenton Housing Authority, 875 New Willow St., Trenton, N.J. 08638. There is a non-refundable fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each package. Documents will be mailed to prospective bidders for a mailing fee of ten dollars ($10.00), plus actual postage; also available on the Housing Authority's website at www.tha-nj.org in PDF, free of charge. For additional information you may call Mr. Kenneth Martin, Manager of Procurement and Contracts, at 609 278-5024.
