You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Brock & Scott, PLLC, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 302 FELLOWSHIP RD, SUITE 130, MOUNT LAUREL, NJ 08054, an answer to the complaint, amended complaint and amendment(s) and order(s), if any, filed in a civil action in which ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC. is Plaintiff and ALMA R. GOMEZ, DECEASED, HER HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND HER, THEIR, OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, ET AL. are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, PASSAIC County and bearing Docket No.: F-000943-26, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of publication of this notice, exclusive of the date of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint, amended complaint, amendments(s), and order(s), if any. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, NJ 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
 
You, ALMA R. GOMEZ, DECEASED, HER HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND HER, THEIR, OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, are hereby named party defendants to this foreclosure action as a precaution for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or on the mortgaged premises in the event that there are any unknown heirs not disclosed by our surrogate search through the Passaic County Surrogate's Office on ALMA R. GOMEZ, deceased.
 
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated AUGUST 25, 2018 made by ALMA R. GOMEZ, as Mortgagor(s), to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS recorded on SEPTEMBER 4, 2018, in Mortgage Book M15179, Page 1 in PASSAIC County; by Assignment of Mortgage executed on MAY 10, 2024, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS"), AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS assigned the mortgage to ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC FKA QUICKEN LOANS, LLC. The Assignment was recorded on MAY 15, 2024, in Book AS867, Page 189, as Instrument Number 2024015600 in PASSAIC County; and (2) to recover possession of the mortgaged premises commonly known as 2 REENSTRA CT, AKA 2 HABITAT WAY (N 2ND ST), PATERSON, NJ 07522-1781. Said property address being Lot 22 and Block 111.

The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as defendants is set forth with particularity in the complaint/amended complaint, amendment(s), order(s), if any, a copy of which will be furnished to you on request addressed to the attorneys for the plaintiff at the above mentioned address.
