You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Brock & Scott, PLLC, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 302 FELLOWSHIP RD, SUITE 130, MOUNT LAUREL, NJ 08054, an answer to the complaint, amended complaint and amendment(s) and order(s), if any, filed in a civil action in which ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC. is Plaintiff and ALMA R. AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS recorded on SEPTEMBER 4, 2018, in Mortgage Book M15179, Page 1 in PASSAIC County; by Assignment of Mortgage executed on MAY 10, 2024, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS"), AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS assigned the mortgage to ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC FKA QUICKEN LOANS, LLC.
