CORTEZ, SPOUSE OF SANTIAGO CORTEZ YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon FEIN, SUCH, KAHN & SHEPARD, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 7 Century Drive, Suite 201, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054, telephone number #(973) 538-9300, an Answer to the Complaint and Amended Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which GS MORTGAGE-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2022-RPL4 is Plaintiff and SANTIAGO CORTEZ, et al., are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, PASSAIC County and bearing Docket No. F-013976-25 within thirty-five (35) days after February 19th, 2026, or if published after February 19th, 2026, thirty-five (35) days after the actual date of such publication, exclusive of such date, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated February 16, 2007 made by SANTIAGO CORTEZ as mortgagors to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. recorded on March 7, 2007, in Book M8693 of Mortgages for PASSAIC County, Page 1, et seq., which said mortgage was duly assigned to the Plaintiff named above, who is the present holder of said Mortgage. The said Mortgage was assigned by Assignment of Mortgage from WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., to GOLDMAN SACHS MORTGAGE COMPANY, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, by Assignment dated November 21, 2018 and recorded on November 26, 2018 in the Office of the PASSAIC County Clerk/Register in Assignment Book AS633, page 10, et seq. Said Mortgage was further assigned by GOLDMAN SACHS MORTGAGE page 36, et seq. and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 30 MARY STREET, PATERSON, NJ 07503, Block 5507 FKA I0973 on the Tax Assessment map of the CITY of PATERSON, Lot 26 FKA 9.
