If you fail to answer or appear in accordance with Rule 4:4-6, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex – CN 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.

This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated March 14, 2002, made by FRANKLIN G. LASSITER, as mortgagor(s) to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS MORTGAGEE AS NOMINEE FOR WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION and (2) to recover possession of and concerns premises commonly known as 296- 298 EAST 25TH ST, PATERSON, New Jersey 07514 and known as LOT 14 FKA 19 BLOCK 2716 FKA C0317 on the tax map of PASSAIC. Said mortgage was recorded April 12, 2002 in Mortgage Book 1362 at Page 83 in the records of PASSAIC County.
 
Said mortgage was eventually assigned to the Plaintiff, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A..
 
YOU, FRANKLIN G. LASSITER A/K/A FRANKLIN LASSITER A/K/A FRANKLIN GLEASON LASSITER, HIS/HER HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND HIS, HERS, THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, is named as a party defendant by virtue of being unknown heirs of the decedent, and for any right, title and interest, the party may have in and to the subject property as all heirs are not known.
 
YOU, ALTHEA ALSTON; ANITA LASSITER; ALISA LASSITER; ALIYAH LASSITER; JINA STARK; ANEEKA COWAN A/K/A ANEEKA S. COWAN; SHAUNTE LEE; FRANKLIN LASSITER, JR.; DASHAWN BROOKS, is named as party defendants by virtue of being known heirs of the decedent and for any right, title and interest, the party may have in and to the subject property.
