BY VIRTUE OF A DEFAULT, in a Proprietary Lease by and between Saxon House Apartment Corp., (hereinafter referred to as “Lessor”), and Fernando Moreno (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”), in accordance with its rights as Lessor pursuant to the Proprietary Lease and By-Laws of Saxon House Apartment Corp., the Lessor, by Matthew D. Mannion, Licensed Auctioneer, DCA #1434494, will conduct a public foreclosure sale of the security consisting of 190 shares of capital stock of Saxon House Apartment Corp., all rights, title, and interest in and to a Proprietary Lease to Apartment 1K in the building known as and located at 23 Old Mamaroneck Road, White Plains, NY
The sale will be held on May 27, 2026, at 10:00 am in the foreclosure alcove located in the lobby of the Westchester County Court House, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, White Plains, NY 10601.
The Apartment is sold “AS IS”, and the sale is subject to the Terms of Sale, terms of the Proprietary Lease, the by-laws, offering plan and any amendments thereto and to any other rules and regulations of 19 William Street Owners Corp. A ten (10%) percent deposit by bank or certified check payable to Geist Schwarz & Jellinek, PLLC, as attorneys is required at the auction; balance due upon closing within thirty (30) days.
Cash will not be accepted. The approximate amount of the lien as of April 3, 2026 is $26,965.22.
