NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO THE BOROUGH OF OCEANPORT PLANNING BOARD NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned has applied to the Oceanport Planning Board for approval to remove an existing front porch and section of a rear yard deck, and to construct a 2-story addition at the front and rear, and a new 1-story covered porch at the front, of the Applicant's single-family home, with variances proposed. The property is 529 Port Au Peck Avenue, Oceanport, NJ 07757, designated as Block 32, Lot 11 on the Oceanport Tax Map. The property is located in the R-3 Zone, and single-family residential dwellings are permitted. Applicants make this application pursuant to N.J.S.A 40:55D-70(c), the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, and the Oceanport Zoning Ordinance for Bulk variance approval to authorize the following variances: A. Front Yard Setback, Principal Structure – Applicants propose 28.9' where 29.9' exists, and 30' is required; B. Maximum Impervious Cover – Applicants propose 41.6% where 37% is permitted, which includes existing and proposed conditions. C. In addition, the Applicants also seek any other variances and/or waivers, including but not limited to variances for side, rear or front yard setback to principal or accessory dwellings or structures, or distance between principal structures and accessory structures; building coverage variance; impervious/lot coverage variance; off-street parking and/or driveway requirement variances; or other variances that may be interpreted under the Borough Zoning Ordinance and required in connection with their proposal.
