PUBLIC NOTICE OCEANPORT PLANNING BOARD HOUSING ELEMENT AND FAIR SHARE PLAN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Oceanport Planning Board, County of Monmouth, New Jersey, will conduct a Hearing at 7:00PM, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 to discuss and consider the adoption of the amended Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Master Plan. The Hearing will take place at Borough Hall, 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport, NJ, 07757, in the Borough Council Chambers. The purpose of the Hearing is to consider the adoption of the amended Housing Element and Fair Share Plan of the Master Plan. The plan will be on file and available for public inspection at 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport, NJ, 07757, (Office of the Planning Board Secretary) at least ten (10) days prior to the February 24, 2026 Public Hearing. The Oceanport Planning Board may take official action at the Public Hearing.
