NOTICE OF DECISION BOROUGH OF OCEANPORT PLANNING BOARD COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 27, 2026 the Borough of Oceanport Planning Board (“Board”) adopted a resolution memorializing approval granted Bulk variance relief to Ralph Mocci to permit improvements to an existing single-family home of the property located at 6 Blue Point Cove, Oceanport, New Jersey 07757 and otherwise designated as Block 72, Lot 4.04 on the Borough's Tax Map (“Property”). The Property is located within the Borough's R-1 Zone (“Zone”). A copy of the resolution and supporting documentation is on file in the office of the Board Secretary located at 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport, Monmouth County, New Jersey, and is available for public inspection during the Town's regular business days (Monday through Friday) and hours (8:30am to 4:30pm).
